Run on pages with tables

Hi,
I've got a form that I've created on Word. Clients fill out the form,
but when their text goes past the page Word doesn't allow the table to
extend to the next page. Word just keeps adding thousands of pages to
the document. How can I make it so the table will extend to the next
page without having this happen?
Thanks for your help!

Hi Anne:

Among other things, you have a corrupt table there.

Use the Table>Convert>Table to Text menu item to convert the table to text,
the without moving your selection, use the same menu to convert it back to a
Table again. That will rebuild the table and clear the corruption.

Such corruption is often caused by Tracked Changes. Look this up in the
help and make sure that Track Changes is OFF, then Accept all changes in the
document to clean it out.

Save, close, and re-open the document to force Word to clean up the file
internally.

Then select the last row of the table and choose Table>Properties>Row>"Allow
row to break over pages".

Should be OK after that :)

Cheers
