Run out of licenses and need to reinstall

[Importing from Access]

I have had to format a colleagues machine now need to reinstall visio 2002
but have run out of licenses to register. Other users which had the software
registered have left the company and Ive wiped visio from their pcs/laptops.

How do I clear the registered licenses?
