I have a problem with powerpoint and cant find a awnser. I hope someone
could help me out with this problem.
I searched tons of sites but didnt find a solution, so now im desperate
to get a awnser.

My problem:
I can make a website with PP but i want it on a cd. I want it to run
from the cd.
The only problem is when i use pictures or a link to a next page (
still from the cd ) the link doesnt work. Normally when its on the hard
drive it all works, but if i want to put it on a cd the links are
different because the links are still related to my hard drive. So in
that way it doesnt take the pictures or website from the cd but it
wants to search for it on the Harddrive.

I know it must be possible to make a website on cd witch uses links
from the cd even as the internet.
But i dont know how to do it because if i change the links from the
site on my HD to example a drive letter (D:\) it wil always search for
the files on D:\. So if i have the CD in E:\ it goes wrong.

Is there a command you can use wich says that the specific target is on
the same cd as the website itself? Nomatter witch drive it uses? And
still be abled to also use links that are on the internet?

I hope i have explained my problem good enough to understand.
Please, please, please help if you know the solution, i'm really
desperate to find a awnser.
And if you dont have a solution, do you know where i can find a
solution or someone with a awnser?

Your help will be very very welcome.

Lots of questions, to start with:

What kind of pictures and how are they inserted?
How have you created the links to next page?
Which version of PPT?
When you copied your HTML to CD, did you also include the folder of support
files that PPT also made?
I know it must be possible to make a website on cd witch uses links

If you mean by editing the HTML, the trick is not to specify any drive and
make paths relative. For example, if all the HTML and other files are in
the same place, the links only need to have the name of the file, no path
info at all.
