Not AFAIK....
There are open source apps that will do what you want - Thunderbird for
email and calendar, Open Office for an Office suite and Firefox for a
browser.
You cannot run / install Win to an external drive.
And allthough you can custom install Office to a drive of your choice it
will still install many items on your win drive. You couldnt then connect
your external to another sys and run anything off it
