Come posso avere un runtime di Access per poter utilizzare il relativa
database su computer dove non è installato Office?

Yes, there is a runtime version of Access for distribution to computers
which don't have Office installed. For Access 2007, it is free and you can
get it here:

For earlier versions, you need to buy the Access Developer Extensions for
your version. For example, for Access 2003:
