Run-time error 2121 - app converted to Acc97

I have converted an app to Access 97 as part of a run-time app installed from
a CD. It installs ok, but then, when I try to open one form, get the
following error. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Run-time error 2121
Can't open the form ...
