Run Time error 24 bad parameter

We have a program that is not merging with word 2007. when we try to merge we
have to allow word to be open and then we get a run time error 24, bad
parameter error. the title is a microsoft visual basic. is there anything we
can do. we bought computers from hp with word preloaded.

Sorry, you’ve landed in a MacWord group (not your fault, one of the web
interfaces is *very* badly designed). You might get an answer from the
people here who use both Windows and Mac, but you should try asking your
