Run-Time Error 3167

I am experiencing "run-time error 3167: record is deleted"
when BeforeUpdate event code deletes the current record
from a subform. The result is a blank subform that shows
none of the remaining records. Requerying the subform
doesn't fix the problem.

I would appreciate any suggestions.

Am I understanding you correctly? From the BeforeUpdate event of the subform
or of a control on the subform, you are deleting the current record that is
going to be written to after the BeforeUpdate event finishes? If so, don't.
What are you trying to accomplish and let's see if there's another way.
