Run-Time Error 48

Hi!
I am trying to load Word (2002) application from vb6, and I have XPHome
Edition OS and Office Pro2002 installed on
both of my computers When I load to one my computer, everything works
fine. When I load the same application to the second
computer, I get 'Run-Time Error 48 '. I am missimg something, but I have no
idea what it is!

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
