Run Time Error '53' aprvmsoaddin.dll missing Visual Basic (Word Ex

I keep getting a missing file error for the file aprvmsoaddin.dll related to
Visual Basic. This appears only when opening Microsoft Excel and Word 2007,
but not any other apps. I repaired, uninstalled and reinstalled 5 times, but
no luck. Anyone able to help!?!
