run time error 53. file not found qstartup.dll

Word 2002 running xp now give me "run time error 53. File
not found qstartup.dll"

I have reinstalled office and xp all to no avail. Lost.

I found some documentation on this issue.

Try removing Quotations.dot from the following location:
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Microsoft\Word\STARTUP
