Run-time error 5922

I receive the following:

Run-time error '5922'

Word was unable to open the data source
---
.... when running a Word macro (Visual Basic code) in Word
XP accessing a Access 97 database. Access 97 is installed,
Access XP is NOT installed. The OS is Windows XP Pro.

When using Word 97 on Windows NT 4.0 SP6 all works OK.

Any suggestions would be grateful...
