Run-time Error 7

I have VBA code that copies and saves cell data into different worksheets.
This apparently uses a lot of memory/clipboard and I end up getting the
"run-time error 7" out of memory error very quickly. Does anyone know how to
empty the clipboard or free memory from VBA in Excel?
