Run-time error '9' Words 2003

Everytime when I open words, it will pop up an error message, run-time error
'9' subscript out of range (microsoft visual basic). there is only two
options I can choose, "End" or "Help".
After I hit "end", and it will allows me to use words, but I can't open the
Tools from the menu bar.
Please help me!!!

A "runtime" error means that there is an error in a macro or add-in
that is attempting to run. Typically these macros are created by a
third-party and are not part of the Word installation. (They could
also be caused by a malfunctioning macro virus as well).
