Run-time error '91' after upgrade to Office 2003

I've just upgraded from Office 2000 to Office 2003. Now, when I close WORD,
I see the following error message. Any suggestions on why, or how to correct?

Microsoft Visual Basic
Run-time error '91':
Object varialble or With block variable not set.
