run time error 91 in MSWord

I keep getting a "run errro 91"
"Object variable or With Block variable not set"
message when shutting down MSWORD. Can anyone tell me what is happening and
how to fix it. I am using MSOffice 2003. In Outlook I use MSWord as my
editor. Can it be fixed??
