Run TIme error 91

When one of my user's closes Microsft Word, he gets a pop up box that states
a run-time error -91. Any idea what that is and what causes it.

For some background, we recently, renamed the pdfmaker.doc files to pdf.old
to resolve that Adobe and MS word problem.

I found the answer. The actual file was renamed, but someone had the
extensions turned off(Viewing). So once I viewed the extension of the file,
then I changed it to .old and that took care of the problem
