Run Time Error in Word

This site is using Word on a W2K Server using Terminal
Services. Four out of fifteen users (including
Administrator) receive an error message when they start
Word.

"Microsoft Visual Basic
Run Time error 52
Bad file name or number"

You just acknowledge it and run happily but it is
annoying. Any ideas ?
