I just got a new PC with Office (Access) 2003. I run an
Access database created in a previous version. I am now
unable to open the database. I receive a "Run-time error
3044" message stating that the file I am looking
for "...is not a valid path. Make sure that the path name
is spelled correctly and that you are connected to the
server on which the file resides. Run-time error 3044."
I am connected and the file is the right file. I have
searched the Microsoft website for information about the
runtime error and found nothing. When I tried to contact
them directly by e-mail, I am getting the message that my
Product ID Number is not supported in the cuntry selected
(United States). Now I am completely confused. I need to
get into my database SOON.
Thank You.
