RUN TIME ERROR

Good afternoon
While attempting to sync my BB with outlook I continually receive run time
errors from Windows
Any help suggestions would be greatly appreciated

A pop up window opens
RUN TIME ERROR
"Cannot find system in table file"
This is all that I get on the error
