Run-Time Error

When I open a file I created in Word with option buttons, I get a MS VB
pop-up box which says: Run-time error '57121'; Application-defined or
object-defined error.

The only two active buttons to click on is "End" and "Help". I clicked End
and I am unable to unlock the form to edit it.

What is the problem? Is there a service pack to download to fix it? I'm
using VB 6.3.

Hi =?Utf-8?B?Q29ubmllIE1hcnRpbg==?=,

object-defined error.
If you try to open this document directly in the Word UI do you get any
messages?

Otherwise, you need to try to run your code from within VB, setting a
break-point so you can step through and locate which command is causing the
problem.

and I am unable to unlock the form to edit it.
