run-time error'2220' in Access 97

I'm a Access new user so any help would be appreciated!

I have a module where all the queries work but it errors. Error is Run-time
error '2220': . . . .can't open the file 'MSJTER35.DLL'

Any assistance on trouble shooting would be great. I have acess 97.

There were a few flaws in Access 97, especially in the reports section.
Microsoft created a patch to correct them.
I don't know if they are still available.
