Run-time printing

Hi all,

I'm using Office XP, Access 2002.

In retail access the application performs correctly,
however in the run-time environment when trying to print
or print-preview, it causes a run-time error and access
closes down?

I've checked the code line by line in the print button
modules, everything is correct?

When I uninstall the printer drivers, then print-
previewing works in thr run-time environment? How bizarre?
Besides downloading new printer drivers, (which I am
doing) does anyone have any ideas as to why this is
happening?
