"Run With" Permissions Setting Keeps Changing

With my Access 2002, the setting for Run With keeps changing
back to "User's" after I set it to Owner's. Not right away,
but after a few days.

Is that a bug?

I forgot to post back with what I found.

It was due to CCleaner changing "something" somewhere in the
MS Office cleanup. Sometimes things just get *too* clean!
