run!

Hello,

Where is the Run! button?
I created a report based on a query. How do I run it or
submit it so that a report or a datasheet will be
generated?

Thanks,

Leaf

Leaf,
Manually open a report?
Open Access, Open the .mdb file that contains your report, select the
Reports tab, and Dbl-Click the report you want to run.
It will open the report and print it to your default printer.

On the Main Access screen, you can also select (one click) the report you
want to run, and then click the Preview button on the right. That will show
you what the report will look like (with all the data), and while in Preview
Mode you can select Print icon.

You don't need to "run" the query. Just open the Report. If it's based
on the query, Access will open the query in the background, and the
report will display the data that is returned by that query.
