RunApp Command Line

I have a macro in my Access database that uses the RunApp Action to open MS Project. The Command Line contains the name of the MS Project file that I want opened. Is there a way to not only open the Project file but also run a Macro in the Project file? And if possible, close MS Project after the macro runs
