rundll32.exe error

When trying to use mail setup for Outlook 2003 the
program is hanging. Any option I select I get a not
responding message. Then a rundll32.exe error message
upon closing the window.

Error Sig looks like this

szAppName: rundll32.exe
szAppVer: 5.1.2600.0
szModName: hungapp
szModver: 0.0.0.0
offset: 00000000

Has anyone else seen this error? Or have any insight on
how to go about correcting it. This is a new computer on
a fresh install.

Hi --

Yep -- this is an upgrade ..... I'm on hold with Microsoft
now. Will let you know what I find out....
