Running a batch file from Word??

Hi,

Is it possible to create a macro to execute or run a
batch file which would copy templates from a network
share to the local drive of a user?

What is the easiest way to achieve this?

Hi Mik,

You can run a batch file from within Word, take a look at the Shell command.

Alternatively, you could have a macro simply copy the files directly using
the CopyFile command.
