Running a Looping Slideshow while using other IE on multi mon comp

I have a slideshow (fully animated) that I wish to run on loop mode on one
monitor while I have my other monitor use Internet Explorer. However when
the IE screen become the active window the slide show stop. Is there a way
to keep the presentation going while in an inactive window?
