Hello,
I've got an Access '97 database, and I'd like to set up the Windows 2000
Task Scheduler to run a macro in it on a nightly basis.
I'm having difficulty making the process work.
So far, this is the data I've set up in the "Properties" box for the Task
Scheduler:
Run: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\MSACCESS.EXE" "D:\Program
Files\Subfolder1\Subfolder2\DatabaseName.mdb" /x m100_OpenTestForm
and Start In: "D:\Program Files\Subfolder1\Subfolder2"
So, you can see that the database is located in a different drive, labelled
"D", while Access itself is on the "C" drive.
This combination works as a shortcut on the desktop, but not as a scheduled
task.
I have tried several different options for the "Start In" folder, including
one that matches the "C" drive specifications, but to no avail.
Can anyone help me out?
Sincerely,
Don Hicks
