Running a mail merge

Heres what I am trying to do:
Having selected the record I require on my form, I would
like to have a command button which automates only that
selected record to be merged into a specific word document.

Please help - BEWARE - I am a novice at this.

This may be complicated but I merged this code into my
database and referenced my form
