Ah, yeah, it's a little weird, I see what you mean.
I think probably the goal there was to give users a button that had a movie
graphic on it so they could "program" it as needed. Most action buttons have
an action set already, but the movie button doesn't.
I'd probably insert it, then cancel out of the part where I set the action.
Then I'd insert the movie and let it play automatically. Then I'd set an
animation for the Play Action for the movie, triggered by the action button.
