Running a Program from Custom Action Rule

In 2003, I need to run a little utilty each time the rule is
executed. I do not need to pass any information to the utility.

I found references to the launcher.dll, but it looks like Microsoft
has taken down that KB article.

Help?

You'll find Launcher at the Microsoft Exchange Applications Farm

Download the PrintEx.exe file.
