Running a .vbs file from a Word macro

Now I just need to figure out how to run a .vbs file from a Word
macro. Let's say the file is

C:\Documents\My system\test.vbs

However, since this is a Word programming question, I'll cross post this
to the Word vba group.

This is what I'm trying to do. I run a Word document that has an
AutoOpen macro which puts a certain number into the clipboard. I then
run the .vbs file which uses that number as a variable. But to make
this all one step, done by opening the Word document and running the
Auto macro, I need to run the .vbs file from that same macro.
