Running audio and video files from a CD on a Windows machine

Hello:

I'm developing a PowerPoint presentation using MS Office X (the latest version, although that doesn't show up in the "About PowerPoint" window) on a G4 running 10.2.8. I have several audio and video files that I want to play automatically for each slide. When I burn the presentation onto a CD and run it on a Windows machine (running the Japanese version of Windows 98) or another Mac running OS X 10.2.8, none of the audio or video files run.

What can I do to have the audio and video files run automatically on a CD running Windows?
