running autoexec macro when outlook is already started

Hello,

Has anyone a solution to my problem where I want to run the autoexe macro at
'startup'.
The problem is that the macro runs when I start word (2002) for the frst
time before I have started Outlook. When I've started Outlook and then I
start Word the macro doesn't run. Probably this is because outlook has
already started word as a process?

any suggestions?

Indeed, if Word is your default editor then this is what will happen.

Since I can't think of a sensible reason to have Word, a full blown word
processing package, to send out an e-mail then I would change the default
to have mails composed in Rich Text Format or whatever.
