Running demos from Microsoft website

At one time I was able to run training demos from the Microsoft website but
now I get a black screen or a window appears and disappears rapidly when I
click "watch demo."

I have tried adjusting my pop-up and my cookie settings.

I have gone to "set access and permission" and experimented with
allowing/disallowing media player(s) access.

The closest I came to being able to view the demo was quickly grabbing the
black screen at the top with my cursor. As long as I hold it, the demo
video/audio plays when I release the cursor the demo disappears.

Can anyone help me resolve this?

Thanks.

I would suggest posting your question in an Internet Explorer newsgroup
instead of Office. I'm pretty certain the fine folks over there would be
able to provide you a solution for your problem.

Thank you. I'll do that but I thought other Office users who were trying to
use the demos might be able to offer their help or experience.
