Running Excel on Web Server

Can I (and how can I)

1) Install Excel on my web server
2) Fill cells with values from a web form (ASP is fine)
3) Initiate a long calculation in Excel. (The calc is now implemented as a
Macro, can it be moved to an ASP script)
4)At end of calculation, output data and charts calculated.
