Running Exhange

A techie asked me the other day if I was running Microsoft Exchange. How do
I know? I am running Outlook 2002 on Windows XP Pro. I access the internet
through a DSL line and my ISP is mail.reachone.com. If I am running MS
Exchange, what is it?
