Running Games on A Restricted Windows Account

Hey, I wanted to know, how do I allow access to games so
that I can play them on my restricted windows account?
For example, lets say I want to play Call of Duty, but it
needs to be on the Owner windows account. How can I make
it so that I can play Call of Duty or any other game on a
restricted windows account? I hope you know what I am
saying. Thanks!
