Running Macros

I have a button to run a macro to set "NO" in the "published" field of
project professional for all the completed tasks as a part of main menu. Is
there anyway, I can automate this such as

When PM published the plan, or when %completed becomes "100%" , can the
published field also set to "No"? If that is possible how to do it?

Anyhelp will be appreciated.
