I'd like to use PowerPoint to view large photos using MS
Picture & Fax viewer. I've tried to hyperlink the photos,
but that brings up the photo editor which bombs because
the pictures are too large. I also tried to use the
Action Setting to run Microsoft's Picture & Fax viewer,
but that seems to be a subprogram of photo editor and I
can't find a way to invoke it directly.
Because this will be distributed to a wide audience,
changes to windows registry is not an option. Neither is
reducing the photo size because of the detail required.
The person viewing the presentation must have the ability
to look at the overall picture (most are about 6 foot by 2
foot) and zoom down to a few inches.
Anyone out there know how to get the Picture & Fax viewer
to run under PowerPoint? Barring that, any other
suggestions?
Thanks
