Running multiple instances of the same power point version

So I start up PPT03 (or 07 for that matter). Then I open two presentations --
BUT they mostly open in the same instance. So when I go to task bar, I have
multiple PPT icons with each pitches name, but they only display in the same
instance. Which makes copy and pasting a PITA - especially since I have two
monitors!

How can I make it so Pitch A opens in 03 and in a separate instance of PPT
Pitch B opens in 03 (or both in 07). Thanks!

Cool. It works. OK, let me take it a step further -- any way to have two
separate PPT03 (or 07) versions running so they don't split the screen in the
same instance. What you have given me works -- but I have a dual monitor
display so I'd like to have full screen of each on each side and I can't seem
to do that.
