Running office 97 and outlook 2000

Is it possible to have word,excel and powerpoint 97
running with outlook 2000 on the same computer?

Also is it possible to install just outlook 2000 from the
office cd. I've tried but there is no option.

Yes, but you will be unable to use Word 97 with Outlook 2000.

On the Office CD, simply select a custom installation and make all apps
except Outlook unavailable.
