Running out of memory error with FP2002

I have been using FP2002 for a few months now for a personal website. I use
a template that was designed for me. The template resides on a folder under
"My Documents" so I don't use any servers. I simply open the master template,
create my page, and save it under a new name (in the same folder).

FP has been working flawlessly, until recently I get the error: "An
unexpected error occurred: Not enough memory available to complete the
operation..." whenever I try to save a page or open the master template. When
I click the o.k. button, it lets me continue without any issues (although
recently, it won't show the entire template anymore - like there isn't enough
memory to open the full template anymore).

I tried the FrontPage cleaner utility and deleted temp files, the tool bar
file (can't remember the name) but wasn't able to delete any *.web files
because none exist on my computer because the folder it's suppose to reside
in doesn't exist??? I tried doing a repair of FP itself as well. Nothing
works. Any ideas?
