Running Outlook 2003

I recently loaded Office 2003 and am unable to open Outlook 2003. It tells
me that the Microsoft Exchange Server is not available. I currently use
Outlook Express and would like to use the advanced features in Outlook 2003.
Has anyone else had this problem?

'Control Panel|Mail|E-mail Accounts|View or Change Existing E-mail
Accounts|Next', select the "Microsoft Exchange Server" entry and click
"Remove". You may need to "Add..." a POP3 or IMAP account that reflects the
settings you use for Outlook Express.
