Running PWA W/O Project

(MSPS 2003) Can you run the PWA componant without having MS Project
Professional installed on the PC? I have a resource who simply needs to
view the Web Access piece - but having trouble getting it up and running.
She only has Project Standard loaded.

Can PWA run without Project Pro?
