I built a very basic database with very little coding/macros so I want to try
to avoid too much of that if I can. I built a few reports that do a ton of
DSums based of a single query. My question then is this: When I open the
report does the query refresh itself everytime a DSum is called or does it
run once, stay open, and the sums are calculated off that. If the query
refreshs, is there a way to have it open only once (possibly via simple macro
coding) and then all the sums use that?
Thanks, I'd appreciate any suggestions.
