Running Slow and using 99% CPU

This problem just started and I've been using it for 3 years now. I don't
remember doing anything different or adding new programs. No other office
program is running slow and I can run games and internet with no problem at
the same time so memory isn't an issue.
Can anyone offer suggestions.
