Runtime 3011 error after upgrade to 2007

When I upgrade a machine on my network to 2007, I get the 3011 runtime error
that an object is missing or the path is wrong when running a query. The
error occurs when opening an '03 version of the database and when opening an
'07 version of the database. The machines that have not been upgraded access
the database with no problem.
